Yes, your device is covered for up to 28 consecutive days overseas / per trip.
If your device is lost or stolen, subject to market availability and geographic location, a replacement device will be available to you within 5-10 business days of your claim being approved.
If your device is damaged, it is likely to be repaired or replaced within 5-10 business days of your claim being approved.
The claims team will advise you on the pick-up and delivery options for your device. Replacement device could be either an as new or refurbished device.
All policies purchased are valid for 1 year. You are able to cancel your policy within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided no claims have been made in this period.
Cancellations made after the 14 day cooling off period will prorate the refund premium based upon the unexpired portion of the premium less a $50.00 administration charge.

Unfortunately we are unable to insure any item if you are under 18 years of age. However, so long as you still live with your parents, they can purchase the policy for you and when you turn 18 they can then transfer the policy into your name.
For student used devices, an excess is payable on each item claimed. The amount of the excess is also displayed within your Policy Certificate.

In the event of a claim you must:
Report the theft / loss to the police within 48 hours of discovery.
Report the theft / loss of a mobile phone / tablet to your Service Provider immediately, but in any case within 24 hours of discovery.
In the event of Accidental Damage to the equipment, we require Repairer quotes to accompany the claim form.
Contact us within 48 hours of discovery of any claim.
Failure to comply with the above may result in your claim being delayed or rejected.
Once all the requested information has been received we will aim to process your claim within 48 hours.
