How Can I Purchase A Gadget Insurance Policy?

You can purchase our policies online. The online purchase process takes only a few minutes to complete. You can also call one of our friendly call centre staff on 1300 714 551 to complete the process on the telephone. It costs exactly the same either way. Our call centre is open from 9am - 5.30pm (AEST).

How Do I Renew My Gadget Insurance Policy?

At least 14 days prior to the expiry of the policy, we will send you, via email, an invitation to renew your insurance policy. The renewal will include a schedule of the insured equipment and the renewal premium. To renew your policy or change details of the equipment, you just need to call 1300 714 551 or email Sales@BigGiraffe.com.au. One of our call center staff will assist you in the policy renewal.
